Refund Policy – Anytime Flavours

At Anytime Flavours, we are committed to providing reliable 24 hours food delivery in Pokhara with fresh and high-quality meals. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to handle every concern fairly and transparently.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins.
Once the food is prepared or dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Missing items in your order

  • Damaged or spilled food upon arrival

  • Order not delivered

All refund requests must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving the order.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to answer delivery calls

  • Minor delays due to traffic or weather


4. Refund Process

Once your issue is verified:

  • Refunds for online payments will be processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be issued via digital payment transfer.

We may request photo proof to verify damaged or incorrect orders.


5. Delivery Time Policy

Our standard delivery time is 35–40 minutes. However, during peak hours, bad weather, or heavy traffic, delivery may take slightly longer. Delays alone do not automatically qualify for refunds unless the order is significantly delayed or not delivered.


6. Bulk & Party Orders

Bulk or party orders may require advance confirmation. Refund eligibility for large orders will be reviewed case-by-case depending on preparation status.
